Penne with Garlic & Chilli

If you want really quick pasta and a full hit of flavour at the same time how about this:

For about 300/400 grams of pasta - cook the regular way until al dente.

For the dressing:

One crushed clove of garlic
One teaspoon of honey
One very finely chopped (deseeded or not, to taste) chilli
Four table spoons of good olive oil

Mix/whisk the dressing together thoroughly and simply dress the cooked pasta. 

Quick, easy and great with a glass of fizz.
